V&nbsp;na\u0161em zp\u011bvn\u00edku se nach\u00e1z\u00ed mnoho p\u00edsn\u00ed, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed historii dlouhou i n\u011bkolik stolet\u00ed. Na\u0161e trio IFA (Iva, Franta, Ad\u00e9lka) n\u00e1m dnes zazp\u00edvalo tak\u00e9 star\u0161\u00ed p\u00edse\u0148, konkr\u00e9tn\u011b z&nbsp;roku 1968. Nejv\u00edce sporu m\u011bl se z\u00e1kon\u00edky, kte\u0159\u00ed byli prof\u00edci ve v\u00fdkladu z\u00e1kona. Co bylo tak \u0161patn\u011b, co mu tak vadilo? Pochop\u00edme v\u0161echny v\u00fdhrady?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Evangelist\u00e9 nezapisovali ud\u00e1losti hned, ale a\u017e po ur\u010dit\u00e9m \u010dase. Prvn\u00ed je Markovo, a zd\u00e1 se, \u017ee dal\u0161\u00ed se nechali t\u00edmto evangeliem v\u00e9st. Markovo evangelium kon\u010d\u00ed, jako by bylo useknuto ve sp\u011bchu. Pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b kdy\u017e byl apo\u0161tol Petr vyhnan\u00fd z&nbsp;\u0158\u00edma za c\u00edsa\u0159e Nerona okolem roku 65 n.l., 30 let po ud\u00e1lostech spojen\u00fdch s&nbsp;osobou Je\u017e\u00ed\u0161e, Marek pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b useknul text kv\u016fli \u00fat\u011bku.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Evangelia vznikala mezi 60-90 rokem, mo\u017en\u00e1 i pozd\u011bji. V&nbsp;mnoh\u00fdch jsou stopy pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00ed literatury.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Z\u00e1kon ve SZ je naz\u00fdv\u00e1n 4 n\u00e1zvy:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>T\u00f3ra=nejzau\u017e\u00edvan\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u2013 ukazatel, nasm\u011brovatel, nejl\u00e9pe se hod\u00ed k&nbsp;celkov\u00e9mu vyj\u00e1d\u0159en\u00ed Bo\u017e\u00ed v\u016fle,<\/li>\n<li>Mi\u0161pad = soud, pravidlo, pr\u00e1vo,<\/li>\n<li>Mi\u0161pa = p\u0159ik\u00e1z\u00e1n\u00ed,<\/li>\n<li>Chuk = ustanoven\u00ed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Co je z\u00e1kon, jak byl vyd\u00e1n, co t\u00edm B\u016fh myslel, co je obsah z\u00e1kona a co se s&nbsp;n\u00edm stalo, \u017ee m\u011bl Je\u017e\u00ed\u0161 takov\u00e9 v\u00fdhrady?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u017did\u00e9 nikdy nerozd\u011blovali z\u00e1kony na r\u016fzn\u00e9 druhy, pro n\u011b to byla t\u00f3ra. T\u00edmto slovem se ozna\u010dovaly i r\u016fzn\u00e9 na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a \u0159\u00e1dy. P\u0159i vyhl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed o slavnosti Ber\u00e1nka, to byla tak\u00e9 t\u00f3ra = z\u00e1kon o bohoslu\u017eb\u011b o ber\u00e1nku. Tak\u00e9 jin\u00e9 ustanoven\u00ed a \u0159\u00e1dy se takto ozna\u010dovaly = o novorodi\u010dk\u00e1ch, co se m\u00e1 d\u011blat kdy s miminkem, \u0159\u00e1d o\u010di\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159i \u00famrt\u00ed ve stanu, \u0159\u00e1d o ob\u011bti ve chr\u00e1m\u011b, \u0159\u00e1d o ob\u0159\u00edzce, \u0159\u00e1d pro kr\u00e1le Deut 17kap. (vyd\u00e1no o 300let d\u0159\u00edve, ne\u017e nastalo obdob\u00ed kr\u00e1l\u016f). Pat\u0159\u00ed sem z\u00e1kon \u010d.1 &#8211; Desatero = co\u017e je sp\u00ed\u0161e \u00fastava, 10 slov, nejsou to ob\u0161\u00edrn\u011b popsan\u00e1 pravidla. Tak\u00e9 druh\u00fd z\u00e1pis desatera v&nbsp;Deuteronomiu, opakovan\u00e9 desatero.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Celkov\u00e1 definice z\u00e1kona je \u201eBo\u017e\u00ed v\u016fle tak, jak byla zjevena ve vlada\u0159sk\u00e9m n\u00e1roku na Izrael.\u201c<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Z\u00e1kon je smluvn\u00ed z\u00e1kon\u00edk. D\u011bl\u00ed se na dv\u011b smlouvy :<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Prvn\u00ed deska \u2013 obsahov\u011b zahrnuje svrchovanost Hospodinovu, z\u00e1chranu jeho jedine\u010dnost, odli\u0161nost od ostatn\u00edch bo\u017estev, jedine\u010dnost jeho jm\u00e9na, n\u00e1roku na Izrael. Je rozvedena v&nbsp;ritu\u00e1ln\u00edch a kultick\u00fdch p\u0159edpisech.<\/li>\n<li>Druh\u00e1 deska \u2013 z\u00e1kon o sou\u017eit\u00ed Izraele jako vyvolen\u00e9ho n\u00e1roda a smlouvou zaveden\u00e9ho \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edka smlouvy s&nbsp;Bohem. Nen\u00ed to ulo\u017een\u00e1 povinnost, ale radost.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nastaly pot\u00ed\u017ee s v\u00fdvojem spole\u010dnosti, kdy\u017e m\u011bl b\u00fdt z\u00e1kon aplikov\u00e1n na nov\u00e9 podm\u00ednky a projevy. Dostal se mezi ciz\u00ed n\u00e1rody a Izraelci za\u010dali vlivem okolnost\u00ed dopl\u0148ovat vysv\u011btluj\u00edc\u00ed pokyny. Lid\u00e9 se sna\u017eili o podrobn\u00fd v\u00fdklad z\u00e1kona pro v\u0161echny mysliteln\u00e9 v\u00fdklady. \u0158\u00e1d pro o\u010di\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed byla tlust\u00e1 kniha. Z n\u00e1bo\u017eensk\u00e9 strany bylo pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1no k ohlu\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed vlastn\u00edho sv\u011bdom\u00ed. Lid\u00e9 si t\u00edm dok\u00e1zali v\u0161e omluvit. \u201eChci milosrdenstv\u00ed, ne ob\u011bti.\u201c Malachij\u00e1\u0161. Jak za\u0159\u00eddit n\u00e1pravu?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mat 5, 17.-20.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Je to v\u00fdrok o platnosti z\u00e1kona. \u017did\u00e9 se tak ztr\u00e1celi, \u017ee u\u017e pochybovali, jestli je platn\u00fd a jak je platn\u00fd. Je mo\u017en\u00e9 spr\u00e1vn\u00fdm zachov\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm mo\u017eno z\u00e1kon nenaplnit? Z\u00e1kon p\u0159ikazoval otc\u016fm, aby fyzicky nikoho nezabili. Ale \u017ee sm\u00fd\u0161leli o vra\u017ed\u011b, nikomu nevadilo. Je\u017e\u00ed\u0161 \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na postoji \u010dlov\u011bka. Zd\u016fraz\u0148uje, \u017ee co se odehr\u00e1v\u00e1 uvnit\u0159 n\u00e1s, je rozhoduj\u00edc\u00ed. Nejde o to, \u017ee jsem splnil, co jsem m\u011bl a v\u00edc po mn\u011b necht\u011bjte. J\u00e1 jsem od Boha n\u011bco dostal, tak pro n\u011bho n\u011bco ud\u011bl\u00e1m. Takto ne. Z\u00e1kon je minimum toho, co by od n\u00e1s cht\u011bl B\u016fh. K&nbsp;z\u00e1konu se nem\u011blo nic p\u0159idat ani ubrat. Z\u00e1kon podle Je\u017e\u00ed\u0161e doch\u00e1z\u00ed k&nbsp;napln\u011bn\u00ed, kdy\u017e p\u0159ijmeme bo\u017e\u00ed logiku bezplatn\u00e9 milosti.
